Update berat harini - 71kg

Gambar tak dapat nak ambik sebab camera tinggal ofis.. besok janji amik gambar.

2-3 harini ni berat turun agak memberangsangkan. Padahal cuti aritu byk jugak mkn roti sapu nutella. Pastu salad campur sos cili. Tapi berat still turun. Alhamdulillah.

Air mantain 3ltr sehari.. No workout. Harini nak start jog balik. InsyaAllah.
